Step 2: Follow the payment link of the confirmation page to pay your $30/key online. Payment must be received before we will order a new key. If you are unable to pay online, you may go to the Office of Residence Life to pay with cash.
Step 3: Wait for e-mail from Residence Life notifying you that your key is ready for pick-up. This sometimes takes up to a week.
PLEASE NOTE: In order for you to receive your key, the lost key form needs to be filled out and a payment must be made. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Key Policy: Once you fill out the lost key form, you are agreeing to pay $30 for each lost key. We will not order you a new key until the $30 payment is received. If you haven’t made a payment within one week of submitting the lost key form, your request will be cancelled and a key will not be ordered for you.
Refund Policy: Once your key has been ordered from the lock shop, we are unable to process any refunds. Please note, each student is allowed only one key per room. All duplicates should be handed in to your Residence Director immediately.

|Fall 2017 Dates|
|Move-In Weekend||Residence halls will be open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday, August 19th & 20th. Students are able to move in on either day.|
|Fall Break||October 5-6, residence halls are open.|
|Thanksgiving Break||Residence halls close at 9:00 am on November 18th and will open on November 26th at 9:00 am. Please talk to your RD if you need to make different arrangements.|
|Final Closing||Residence halls close at 9:00 am on December 16th.|
|Spring 2018 Dates|

During the summer the Office of Residence Life forwards mail to resident's permanent home address that is on file with the university. If you want your mail to be forwarded to an address other than your permanent home address please complete and submit this form. Please make every attempt to contact your magazine, newspaper and other subscriptions of your summer address so you can receive your mail in a timely manner. Thank you.
